Mary Howard-Hamilton is the Associate Dean for Graduate
Studies and Associate Professor in the Higher Education and Student
Affairs Program in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in
the W.W. Wright School of Education at Indiana
University-Bloomington.

Her research interests are student development theory,
racial/
ethnic diversity and multicultural competency, and feminist therapy
and theory. She is currently co-authoring a book on Diversity Issues
in Higher Education as well as a case studies book on diversity. She
