Lori Patton is a Visiting Assistant Professor and Coordinator of
the Masters Program in Higher Education and Student Affairs in Department of
Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the W.W.
Wright School of Education at Indiana University. Her research interests include
the study of Black and other ethnic culture centers, student development theory,
assessment of retention-bases programs and
the collegiate experiences of students from underrepresented populations. She can be
